Humboldt Park School Offers English Classes to Migrant Parents
Chicago is known for its cultural diversity but in recent years there’s been an influx in Spanish speaking arrivals from Texas. Lowell Elementary School in Humboldt Park noticed the rise in migrant children in the classrooms and has started offering classes to parents to teach them English.
