Last year Cook County saw record number of opioid overdose deaths. The Medical Examiner's office says, 2,000 people died, that 65 more than in 2021. The Chicago Recovery Alliance wants to change the statistics by education for users. Executive Director, John Werning, explains more teaching methods that makes this organization unique to the cause.
