Tempers Flare at Brighton Park Community Meeting
Southwest Siders continue to push back on plans to house asylum seekers in Brighton Park. The idea is to build a winterized tent camp at 38th and California. The potential influx of asylum seekers in the neighborhood and lack of information from the city is sparking tempers. Reporter Jon Hansen spoke with Block Club Chicago's Madison Savedra, who was at this week’s community meeting to hear about the neighborhood's top concerns.
